Cheddar-Beer Spread

Ingredients
  Mild cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound, grated
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Beer 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine cheese, garlic, cayenne, Worcester- shire, mustard, and beer in medium bowl.
Mix until very smooth.
To store: Fill crock, and seal top with melted paraffin.
Keep refrigerated several weeks.
Then serve as a cocktail spread.
Remove from refriger- ator 1/2 hour before serving.
Makes 1-1/2 cups.
