Roasted Pepper And Artichoke Spread
|Parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Canned artichoke hearts||14 Ounce, drained, finely chopped|
|Red bell peppers||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), roasted, finely chopped (From 7 1/4 Ounce Jar)|
|Crackers/Fresh vegetables cut-up/snack- bread slices||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. In food processor Process Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and garlic until smooth. Place mixture in slow cooker.
2. Stir in artichoke hearts and red bell pepper well.
3. With cover cook on Low for 1 hour and stir again.
4. To serve spread on crackers, cut-up fresh vegetables or snack-bread slices.
