Triple Cheese Spread

Ingredients
  Shredded cheddar cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Crumbled bleu cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped green onions 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a high speed blender or mixer, whip the 3 cheeses together until smooth.
2) Then beat in the horseradish, mustard and onions, cover and refrigerate.

SERVING
3) Bring to room temperature and use as required.
