Pea Spread and Dip

Ingredients
  Peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In the mixer, add peas, garlic, salt and blend.
2. Add more olive oil if the spread is too dry and continue to blend until smooth.

SERVING
3. Serve as a spread over bread as a snack, with dippers or corn chips as an appetizer or as a side dish if you like.
