Avocado-Bacon Spread

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 4
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Avocado 1
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Avocado 1 Medium
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large skillet, tip in the bacon and fry until crisp. Then drain and remove bacon to crumble.
2. Wash, cut and remove the seed of the avocado. Cube the meat and then and mash the avocado.
3. Combine bacon, avocado, lemon juice, mayonnaise and garlic salt and blend well.

SERVING
4. Serve chilled
