Egg Spread with Olives

|Olives||115 Gram (4 Oz)|
|Butter||55 Gram (2 Oz)|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Sea salt||To Taste|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1. Hard boil the egg and when quite cold chop finely.
2. Remove the stones from the olives and chop the olives into small pieces.
3. Soften the butter and blend into the other ingredients. Serve on crackers, ryebread, or in sandwiches.
