Caramel Milk Spread
|Condensed milk||14 Ounce (Or 1 Large Tin)|
|Unsalted butter||2 Ounce|
|Frozen concentrated orange juice||1 Tablespoon|
1) Allow the unopened tin of milk to boil for 2 hours.
2) Open the tin on cooling.
3) Mix in rest of the ingredients and beat well to a smooth caramel cream.
4) Serve with fruit bread and Victoria sandwich.
