Brandied Cheese Spread

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 6 Ounce (2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)
  Roquefort cheese 1⁄4 Pound
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Brandy 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.
Beat until fluffy.
Crumble Roquefort cheese into cream cheese.
Add olive oil and beat until well blended.
Stir in mustard and brandy.
Chill for 1/2 hour.
Serve with crackers.
