|Melted butter||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
1. Add the liver to a food processor or liquidizer and pulse for 30 seconds.
2. Add chopped onions, seasonings and melted butter to the liver and pulse for 30 seconds to make a smooth paste.
3. Apply liver paste on hot buttered toast cut into triangles and accompany with lemon slices to serve as an appetizer.
4. You can store the liver paste in a clean sterilized jar. Refrigerate until required.
