Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened to room temperature (1 Package)
  Minced watercress leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Cream all ingredients together until light and use as a sandwich spread.
Especially good for dainty afternoon tea sandwiches.
This recipe makes enough filling for 2-2 1/2 dozen tea sandwiches.
