Spicy Pimiento Cheese Spread
|Grated sharp cheddar cheese||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Coarsely Grated)|
|Finely grated onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced pimiento||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared spicy brown mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Milk/Light cream||1 Tablespoon|
Mix all ingredients, then beat with a fork until creamy.
Cover and let "ripen" in the refrigerator several hours or, better still, overnight.
Use as a spread for any bread.
