Spicy Pimiento Cheese Spread

Ingredients
  Grated sharp cheddar cheese 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Coarsely Grated)
  Finely grated onion 2 Tablespoon
  Minced pimiento 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared spicy brown mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Milk/Light cream 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients, then beat with a fork until creamy.
Cover and let "ripen" in the refrigerator several hours or, better still, overnight.
Use as a spread for any bread.
