Cheddar Cheese and Beer Spread

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 16 Ounce (2 Packages Of 8 Ounce Each, At Room Temperature)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Grated extra sharp cheddar cheese 5 Cup (80 tbs) (2 Blocks)
  Beer 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coarse grain mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Horseradish 3 Tablespoon
  Crushed red pepper flakes 4 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
Directions

In a mixer or food processor mix cheeses together, along
with butter.
Process until smooth, while adding the beer.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thorougly.
Serve spread with crispbreads,pretzels,fresh apples or pears
or your favorite cracker.
