Garden Cheese Spread
|Cream cheese package||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Blue cheese||4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cheddar cheese spread||6 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened|
|Sliced black olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained|
|Green onion||1 , chopped|
|Red pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Seasoning blend||1 Tablespoon (Savory Seasonings Garden Blend)|
|Crackers||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (To Serve)|
|Parsley sprigs||10 (To Garnish)|
|Sliced black olives||3 Tablespoon (To Garnish)|
Combine cheeses and butter in food processor.
Process until smooth.
Spoon into small bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; stir until mixed.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Using plastic wrap, form cheese into a ball.
Place in center of plate; surround with crackers and garnish with olives and parsley sprigs.
For individual servings, spread a leaspoonful onto each cracker; top with a slice of olive and sprig of parsley.
Arrange on a tray to serve.
