Fish Spread Appetizer
|Canned tuna/Shrimp / crab / 1/2 pound shrimp / crab meat||7 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced or pressed|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Assorted unsalted crackers||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Crisp vegetables||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Such As Celery And Carrot Sticks, Zucchini Spears, Cherry Tomatoes, And Cucumber Rounds)|
Flake tuna with a fork (finely chop shrimp or crab).
In a small bowl, blend cream cheese, garlic, and lemon juice.
Add fish and blend thoroughly.
If you have a food processor, put all the ingredients in at one time and process until blended.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or until next day.
To serve, mound the spread on a serving plate.
