Ingredients
  Grated carrots 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), or finely shredded
  Chunky peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon (to taste)
  Grated orange peel 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients and stir until well mixed.
Spread on bread, toast or crackers.
