|Fresh blackberries||3 Cup (48 tbs), crushed|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Powdered pectin||1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 package)|
|Unsweetened orange juice||1 Tablespoon|
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; stir 3 minutes.
Immediately pour spread into freezer containers, leaving 1/2-inch headspace; cover at once with lids.
Cool to room temperature; freeze.
To serve, thaw spread.
