Carrot Walnut Spread

Ingredients
  Shredded carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pickle relish 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Raisin bread/Whole wheat bread 1
Directions

Combine carrots with walnuts, pickle relish, mayonnaise and salt and lemon juice to taste.
Spread on raisin or wheat bread.
