Curried Cheese Spread
|Finely shredded carrot||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Snipped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon, grated|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Neufchatel cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Snipped alfalfa sprouts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded carrot||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In a small mixing bowl stir together 1/2 cup carrot, onion, parsley, Parmesan, and curry powder.
Add Neufchatel cheese and stir till well combined.
Transfer to a serving bowl, then sprinkle with alfalfa sprouts and 1/4 cup carrot.
Cover and chill to store.
