  Sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound, shredded (At Room Temperature)
  Finely chopped pimento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggless mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Black pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, using enough eggless mayonnaise for a smooth-spreading consistency. Chill before using.
