Cocktail Cheese Spread
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, softened|
|Chopped walnuts/Chopped pecans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In a mixing bowl, blend the Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, butter, and walnuts.
Pack the spread into a 1-cup crock custard cup, or small bowl.
Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled as a spread for crackers or toast rounds.
