Ingredients
  Wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cottage cheese/Yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in electric blender and process until thoroughly mixed.
Use as a spread in sandwiches or on crackers.
