Hot & Spicy Artichoke Spread
|Real mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|100% grated parmesan cheese||4 Ounce|
|Canned artichoke hearts||14 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)|
|Canned chopped green chilies||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Green onion slices||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomatoes||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
Mix together all ingredients except onions and tomatoes; spoon into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.
Microwave on medium (50%) 7 to 9 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated, stirring every 4 minutes.
Stir before serving.
Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes.
Serve with crackers or pita bread wedges.
