Walnut Ricotta Spread

Ingredients
  Small garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Ricotta cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), grated
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Basil leaves 12 , sliced (fresh)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

With food processor running, drop garlic cloves through food chute; process until minced.
Add cheeses and sugar; process until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
Add walnuts, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper; process until blended.
