Pimento Cheese Spread
|Low fat cheese||1 Pound, cubed|
|Pimentos||3 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Blend half of the cheese cubes, the pimentos, and the mayonnaise in blender or mash thoroughly using a fork.
2. Blend in remaining cheese cubes and chill.
