Ingredients
  Low fat cheese 1 Pound, cubed
  Pimentos 3 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Blend half of the cheese cubes, the pimentos, and the mayonnaise in blender or mash thoroughly using a fork.
2. Blend in remaining cheese cubes and chill.
