Flat bread is a very simple recipe, very easy to make, and yet very tasty. The best thing about this is that you made it yourself.
1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
Chopped jalapeno peppers
3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Ground black pepper
1 Tablespoon (Fresh)
A.Mix 1 1/2 cup water, sugar and yeast in the food processor if you are using a food processor, or just in a bowl if you are going to knead it.
B.After proofing, mix in the flour, salt, and olive oil.
C.Mix and knead until elastic. OR, knead using a food processor for 2 minutes.
D.Put in a bowl greased with olive oil.
E.Cover with damp cloth and let it rise for 2 hours.
F.After 2 hours, pour some olive oil in a chopping board.
G.Cut into small pieces and flatten until it’s 1/4 inch thick.
H.Grill over a charcoal or just a grilling machine.
I.When it’s golden brown on both sides, then it’s done.
