Benedictine Spread For Party

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Grated cucumber 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), well drained, squeeze out the extra juice with a paper towel
  Finely chopped green pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Grated onion 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground white pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon (May Use Black Pepper, If Unavailable)
Directions

Combine all ingredients. I combine them with a fork, and then beat them with an electric mixer for a very smooth consistency. Chill. Serve with Bettys Spicy Flour Tortilla Crackers. Wonderful!!!
