Appetizer Cheese Spread
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Cream-style cottage cheese||16 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Camembert cheese||4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Light cream||3 Tablespoon|
1. Beat cream cheese until smooth in a large bowl; beat in cottage cheese, Camembert cheese, and Parmesan cheese, salt, soy sauce and cream. Chill.
2. When ready to serve, spoon into a small serving bowl; garnish with sprigs of parsley or strips of pimiento, if you wish.
