Gouda Vegetable Spread

Ingredients
  Gouda cheese 7 Ounce (1 Round)
  Light sour cream/Dairy sour cream 8 Ounce (1 Carton, 1 Cup)
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dijon-style mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shredded carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped red pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Crackers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cut thin slice wax from top of Gouda.
Carefully scoop out cheese, leaving wax shell intact.
Chop cheese into small (about 1/4-inch) pieces.
In medium bowl stir together Light Sour Cream, garlic powder, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir in cheese, carrot, celery and red pepper.
Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
To serve, fill wax shell with spread; refill as necessary.
Serve with crackers.
