Chili Cheese Spread

Ingredients
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 8 Ounce (At Room Temperature, 2 Cups)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chopped and seeded canned green chilies 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Heat milk to boiling; pour over cheese in mixer bowl.
Beat till nearly smooth.
Add butter and garlic; beat well.
Stir in canned chilies.
(Mixture will be thin.) Chill.
Serve as spread for crackers.
