Chili Cheese Spread
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||8 Ounce (At Room Temperature, 2 Cups)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chopped and seeded canned green chilies||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat milk to boiling; pour over cheese in mixer bowl.
Beat till nearly smooth.
Add butter and garlic; beat well.
Stir in canned chilies.
(Mixture will be thin.) Chill.
Serve as spread for crackers.
