1 Tablespoon (Singly / In Combination Thyme, Tarragon And Chervil)
2 Clove (10 gm), finely minced
1 Tablespoon, finely chopped (For Garnish)
Add herbs and garlic to Yogurt Cheese.
Mix well and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Serve at room temperature as a spread for crackers or crusty bread, or thin with some of the whey (liquid from Yogurt Cheese) and use as a dip.
