Anchovy Cheese Spread

Ingredients
  Package cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Anchovy paste 2 Ounce (1 Tube)
  Dry sherry 3 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped pimiento stuffed green olives 2 Tablespoon
  Party rye bread/12 crackers 6
Directions

In small mixer bowl, beat together cream cheese and anchovy paste.
Add sherry; continue beating till mixture is smooth and fluffy.
Fold in olives.
Cover and chill several hours in refrigerator to blend flavors.
Serve with party rye bread or crackers.
