  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon (low sodium)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (non fat)
Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
