Brandied Blue Cheese Spread

Ingredients
  Blue cheese 3 Ounce
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon (At Room Temperature)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce (1 Small Package)
  Brandy 2 Tablespoon
  Apple wedges/Celery sticks / unsalted crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs), coated with lemon juice
Directions

In small bowl of an electric mixer, beat blue-veined cheese, butter, cream cheese, and brandy until smooth.
Or whirl in a food processor until smooth.
Spread on apple wedges.
Makes about 1 cup.
