Brandied Blue Cheese Spread

|Blue cheese||3 Ounce|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon (At Room Temperature)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce (1 Small Package)|
|Apple wedges/Celery sticks / unsalted crackers||1 Cup (16 tbs), coated with lemon juice|
In small bowl of an electric mixer, beat blue-veined cheese, butter, cream cheese, and brandy until smooth.
Or whirl in a food processor until smooth.
Spread on apple wedges.
Makes about 1 cup.
