Holiday Cheese Spread
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||12 Ounce (3 Cups)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Celery seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Hot sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add all ingredients.
Process 2 minutes or until mixture is smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
Spoon cheese mixture into a serving container; cover and chill at least 8 hours and up to 5 days.
Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before serving.
Serve with unsalted crackers.
