Chutney Cheese Spread

Ingredients
  Grated cheddar cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce (1 Package, At Room Temperature)
  Chutney 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green onions 2 , minced
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sesame crackers 2 Dozen (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

In a medium bowl, combine Cheddar cheese and cream cheese.
Remove fruit from chutney; chop fine.
Add chopped fruit and chutney syrup to cheese mixture.
Stir in onions, ginger and salt.
Chill for 6 hours or overnight to blend flavors.
