Chutney Cheese Spread
|Grated cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce (1 Package, At Room Temperature)|
|Chutney||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green onions||2 , minced|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Sesame crackers||2 Dozen (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
In a medium bowl, combine Cheddar cheese and cream cheese.
Remove fruit from chutney; chop fine.
Add chopped fruit and chutney syrup to cheese mixture.
Stir in onions, ginger and salt.
Chill for 6 hours or overnight to blend flavors.
