Ingredients
  Hard cooked eggs 2
  Avocado 1 Large
  Cooked shrimp 1⁄2 Pound, shelled, finely chopped
  Green onions 2 , finely chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried tarragon leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 4 Drop
  Melba toast/Crackers 2 Dozen (Adjust Quantity As Needed For Serving)
Directions

Finely chop hard-cooked eggs; set aside.
Finely chop avocado.
In a medium bowl, combine chopped eggs, chopped avocado, shrimp, onions, lemon juice, salt, seasoned salt, tarragon and hot pepper sauce.
Spoon into a 2- or 3-cup decorative bowl or crock.
Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
