Three Way Split Spreads
|Cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|100% natural mild cheddar cheese||8 Ounce, shredded to make 2 cups|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Shredded carrot||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated onion||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Crisply cooked bacon slices||2 , crumbled|
|Prepared horseradish||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dill weed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Combine neufchatel cheese, cheddar cheese and milk, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
Divide mixture into three 2/3-cup portions.
To one portion, add green peppers, carrots and onions; mix well.
To second portion, add bacon and horseradish; mix well.
To third portion, add seasonings; mix well.
Arrange cheese spreads on serving tray; serve with crackers.
