Ingredients
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Shredded lemon peel 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In a small mixer bowl combine softened margarine or butter and lemon peel.
Gradually add honey, beating with an electric mixer on high speed till fluffy.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator
