Ingredients
  Part skim ricotta cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Finely grated orange peel 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In a bowl, mix together cheese, sugar, 1 tablespoon peel, and nutmeg.
Spoon mixture into a small bowl and sprinkle with remaining peel.
If made ahead, cover and chill up to 2 days.
