Liverwurst Spread

Ingredients
  Liverwurst 10 Ounce (1 Package, Braunschweiger)
  Consomme 1 Can (10 oz)
  Horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Gelatin 3 Ounce (Knox, 1 Envelope)
  Cream cheese 6 Ounce
  Onion juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Dry mustard 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Heat soup to boiling; add gelatine which has been dissolved in warm water.
Put a thin layer of soup in mold and put in refrigerator to set.
Add remaining soup to other ingredients and whip.
When well mixed, pour into mold over the already-set soup.
Two tablespoons of bourbon may be added.
