|1% low fat cottage cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped lean cooked ham||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Shredded low fat swiss cheese||3⁄4 Ounce (3 Tablespoons)|
|Minced fresh parsley||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared horseradish||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dijon mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Poppy seeds||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Place cottage cheese in container of an electric blender or food processor; top with cover, and process until smooth.
Transfer cottage cheese to a small bowl.
Stir in ham, Swiss cheese, parsley, horseradish, mustard, and poppy seeds.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
