Apple Peanut Butter Spread

  Part skim ricotta cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Creamy peanut butter 3 Tablespoon
  Unsweetened apple juice 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cardamom 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Apple 1 Small, shredded

Combine ricotta cheese, peanut butter, apple juice, vanilla, lemon juice, and cardamom in a small bowl bear at low speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
Add shredded apple, stirring until thoroughly combined.
