|Light mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Seafood cocktail sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Low fat mozzarella cheese||8 Ounce, shredded (2 Cups, Light Cheese)|
|Canned shrimp||8 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, rinsed (2 Cans, 4 1/4 Ounce Each)|
|Green onions||3 , sliced|
|Tomato||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), finely chopped|
|Crackers||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Serving, Of Your Choice)|
In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
Spread on a large, round serving platter.
Cover with seafood sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese, shrimp, onions, and tomato.
Cover and chill.
Line tasty crackers around perimeter of plate.
