Chilled Cheese Spread
|Sharp cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded|
|Hard cooked egg||1 , chopped|
|Dill pickle||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Green pepper||2 Tablespoon, minced|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, minced|
|Pimiento||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
In a small mixing bowl combine cheese, egg, dill pickle, green pepper, onion, and pimiento; stir in mayonnaise.
Cover and refrigerate over night.
