Cocoribe Cheese Spread

|Cream cheese||6 Ounce (At Room Temperature, Two 3 Ounce Each Packages)|
|Shredded mild cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Coconut rum||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Cocoribe)|
|Chopped salted skinless peanuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, CocoRibe, and peanuts until combined.
Spoon into a crock and sprinkle with additional chopped peanuts, if desired.
Cover and refrigerate.
