|Shelled walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Bread slice||2 , crusts removed|
|Cider vinegar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
Pound walnuts in a mortar or whirl in a blender.
Add garlic and mix well.
Soak bread in water.
Squeeze out water and mix bread well with nuts and garlic, until you have formed a paste.
Add vinegar and oil slowly, mixing well; season with salt.
