Hot Crab Spread

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 6 Ounce (2 Packages, At Room Temperature)
  Mayonnaise/Other mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Pinch
  Canned crabmeat 6 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Green onion 1 Small, sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, sherry, curry powder and sugar; stir to blend.
Flake crabmeat; remove cartilage.
Gently fold crabmeat into cream-cheese mixture.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon crab mixture into an ovenproof serving dish.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through.
Scatter green onion over top.
