Four Cheese Spread

|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Shredded cheese||3 Ounce (Fontina Or Monterey Jack, 1 Cup)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped basil/1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves, crushed||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable soup mix||2 Ounce (1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets)|
Line 4-cup mold or bowl with waxed paper or dampened cheese cloth; set aside.
With food processor or electric mixer, combine all ingredients until smooth.
Pack into prepared mold; cover and chill.
