Four Cheese Spread

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Shredded swiss cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Shredded cheese 3 Ounce (Fontina Or Monterey Jack, 1 Cup)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped basil/1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves, crushed 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable soup mix 2 Ounce (1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets)
Directions

Line 4-cup mold or bowl with waxed paper or dampened cheese cloth; set aside.
With food processor or electric mixer, combine all ingredients until smooth.
Pack into prepared mold; cover and chill.
