Roquefort Cheese Spread
|Roquefort/Blue cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Onion slice||1 (Thin Slice)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Hot pepper sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, cubed and softened (1 Package)|
Put all ingredients except cream cheese into blender container.
Cover; blend at medium speed until mixture is thoroughly combined.
Add cream cheese.
Cover; blend until smooth.
If necessary, stop blender during processing and push ingredients toward blades with rubber spatula.
Turn into serving dish.
