Simple Coconut Raisin Spread

  Unsulphured raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unsweetened shredded coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Put the raisins and coconut in the container of an electric blender or food processor.
Blend or process until smooth.
Mix to spreading consistency with the yogurt.
